Personal Consultation- Remote (Skype or phone) or in person at Michelle’s office in downtown Langley.

Michelle specializes in weight loss, pre natal nutrition education, eating for energy and fitness, and chronic disease prevention/management (Diabetes, digestive disorders, high blood pressure or cholesterol, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).  Home visits are available in special situations only (significant visual or mobility impairment).

Group Classes

Craving Change™ classes offered for groups of 6 to 10. Call to waitlist for  the next session.
Teams and clubs- Michelle is a frequent guest at pre natal and sports groups. She is available to     speak on topics of your choosing. Meal planning and cooking workshops are also available.

Meal Planning

Dietitian designed fully customized one or two week meal plans to suit your nutritional needs, schedule, and cooking skills.

Corporate Wellness

From interactive and practical lunch and learns, to newsletter writing and one on one consultation, Michelle can help your corporate wellness program flourish. Strong corporate wellness programs have been shown to decrease sick time and increase job satisfaction.
